Cherie Moman

Cherie Moman is the director of education, marketing and communications at the Alabama Center for Real Estate.  She is also known for her work with her husband David on the west Alabama-based Crimson Homes magazine and real estate photography services.  Prior to Crimson Homes, Cherie was a marketing communications professional for over 20 years.

From Tuscaloosa, Alabama, Cherie graduated from the University of Alabama with a B.S. in Human Environmental Sciences – Consumer Affairs (cum laude) and an M.S. in Human Environmental Sciences – Interactive Technology.   

A self-professed tech geek, Cherie is recognized by the Alabama Real Estate Commission as a CE instructor and also conducts in-house technology training for real estate companies. She is a GRI technology instructor for the Alabama Association of REALTORS® and a REBAC-approved instructor for the ABR and GREEN designations as well as the e-Pro certification. 

She is proud to serve on the NAR professional development committee and as the chair of the Tuscaloosa Association of REALTORS® education committee. She also serves on the Boy Scouts of America national Design & Development Panel and volunteers with the Boy Scouts of America Black Warrior Council as the public relations chair of the River District committee and as a personal management merit badge instructor.
